Term and Condition

You must read the following agreement carefully before using this Platform, because the use of the Platform is to comply with this Agreement, all applicable legal provisions, and is your acceptance of this Agreement and other provisions set by CA. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, then you are not allowed to use the CA Platform.

By registering, accessing or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Agreement and/or other Terms imposed by CA. You are only permitted to use the Service, regardless of whether your access is intentional or not, if you agree to comply with all applicable legal provisions in this Agreement and other Terms imposed by CA. CA reserves the right, in its own Terms, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this Agreement at any time without further notice. If CA does this, CA will announce the changes to the Agreement on this Platform. By continuing to use this Platform after these changes are a sign of your acceptance of the revised Agreement and other Terms imposed by CA.

If you do not comply with the Agreement and / or other Terms imposed by CA at any time, CA has the right to immediately cancel or terminate your access to the Service (or any part thereof) and / or your user account, if any.

CA, in its own Terms, and without prior notice or obligation, may discontinue, modify or change any aspect of the Service, including, but not limited to:

1. Limit service availability time,
2. Limit the number of uses permitted, and
3. Limit or terminate each user's right to use the Service.

You agree that any termination or cancellation of your access to, or use of, the Services may be carried out without prior notice. If you do not comply with the terms of this Agreement and / or other Terms determined by CA, you agree that CA can immediately terminate or delete your account, if any, and all related information and / or files in your Account and / or any additional access. Further on the information and / or files and / or services or parts thereof.

Furthermore, you agree that CA is not responsible for your activities that violate the provisions on the CA platform.

Definition

“We”, “CA”, “Team”

“Member”
Individuals or Organizations performing registration procedures on CA and CA platforms have validated it.

“Company”
Organizations registered on the CA platform. They provide a bug bounty program for Bughunter to test.

“Bughunter”
Individuals registered on the CA platform. They perform safety testing on programs that are followed.

“Vulnerability”
Vulnerability information associated with websites, applications, APIs and other systems.

“Bug Bounty”
Prizes / appreciation given for the Bughunter report.

“Service”
Services that exist on theCyber Army Indonesia platform.

“Provision”, “Regulations”
The things that are set on the CA platform.

Responsible Disclosure

When doing research (bug hunting), you should:

• Protect user privacy and data. You will not access or modify other users' data without our permission.
• Ensure that there are no disturbances in the target system, interference with the user interface, and destruction of data during security testing.
• If you accidentally cause a breach of privacy or interference without malicious intent (such as accessing account data, service configuration or other confidential information) while investigating an issue, be sure to disclose this to us immediately.
• You may not exploit and / or continue with subsequent testing of security problems that you find for any reason (including demonstrating additional risks, etc.).
• You are not allowed to spread / disclose vulnerabilities to the public as long as we validate and remediate the vulnerability.
• You comply with the regulations and laws that apply in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
• All forms of law violation will be delegated to the authorities.

Registration

You represent that you are a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia.
You also agree to:

1. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about your identity as requested on the available registration form,
2. Always maintain and update profile data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide false, inaccurate, out-of-date, and incomplete information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate and reject any and everything that is or will be used on the Service, or any part thereof.

By registering, you are subject to and obeying the laws and regulations in force in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

Password and Security Management

• The user will receive a password and user account upon completion of the User Registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your password or account.

You agree to:

1. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of passwords and accounts or for other security breaches,
2. Ensure that you log out of your account (“Log-out”) at the end of each usage session.

Closing

CA has the right, without notice and in its sole discretion at any time, to terminate, change, suspend or terminate any aspect of the Platform or Content. CA may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform if we suspect that you violate this Agreement or other Policies determined by CA or other applicable legal provisions.

CA can change and / or add to the contents of this Agreement at any time by announcing the amended or added terms on the Platform. All terms that have been changed or added apply automatically.
